Ordered 2 samples: RVTL & Equinox, on 6/10/2013, w/a 30 day product guarantee if not totally satisfied for the cost of shipping ($4.95 each)to try the products. Then today, 6/24/2013, I found a charge on my account of a posting of $93.00 which I didn't authorize from one of these companies.
So I called my financial institution and filed a complaint of fraud which they will investigate. Then I called RVTL company at this number= 877-880-7726, to report my problem, since there is a two week cancellation period, and then they hung up on me. The company asked for my phone #, which I would not give them. There were two posting of $.04 each for an international fee on 6/10/2013, for these two products.
Another distribution center address is= Phoenix Labs, 2551 East Ave. S., Suite G100, Palmdale, Ca., 93550, for RVTL.
Sheridan Labs distributes Equinox products.
More research on the web revealed a UK address for distribution & or production.
I will continue to watch my account for any other unauthorized charges, and the my financial institution has cancelled the card that I used to purchase these products from these scam companies.
These companies maybe based out of our country and difficult to track down, but they may have violated Federal Law under the
The Electronic Fund Transfer Act.
