Complaint Description:
I Can't find any record of them with Florida Dept of Corporations. There are no tax records for this company. There are several reasons I want a refund. The perceived Owner Mario Villalobos stated that their company has been in business for 18 years. He would not provide me with any proof of this or any evidence that proved they were a legitimate corporation. I received 2 emails he said were customer references 1 from a male stating he had CC design www.online-teasers.com for him and was happy. Another was from a female stating the same thing for www.sesationalorgasms.com Both of these sites WHOIS info has them registered to CC and has CC listed as webmaster. They have no traffic to sites. The website he explained would be hosted for security reasons with a hosting company in Canada and we would be charged $70 each month for hosting. I researched the location of the hosting company they were using and it appears that is located in New Jersey. When Mario registered my domain name for my website, he sent both myself and my business partner separate emails stating that we were both the owners of the domain name. Mario actually registered it in his companies name and I had to remind him of the emails he had sent us to motivate him to agree to a transfer of ownership. The front page of their website states: Money back guarantee on all websites and they refuse to refund anything. They also state that all money made goes to the client in full. In the contract they mandate you pay them 10% of all earnings from your site and they can audit you anytime. While Mario and i were discussing how I wanted the site designed I had sent him several screen shots and example sites. One was www.evilangel.com and I wanted the header of the front page to look like that sites. He said it would cost an extra $750 to get the software and content for the rolling picture header. My partner sent him echeck #2 for $750. At this point there was no content posted on our construction page. He had been saying for 3 days he was going to show me the work they had been doing so I could review it, and I had seen nothing yet. This night a friend sent me credible info. on his past business dealings and the review where a former customer said he received no help and the sites were low quality and poor, old out dated content. I reviewed the info and decided that I needed to reconsider what I had been told by Mario about the company and their reliability and quality of work. The next morning we contacted scott trade and Greg placed a stop payment on the check for 750. I called mario and explained that I was concerned that he was misleading me as to the quality of work and content they were doing for my site. I said to him that if he could provide me with some verification that CC had been in business for 18 years and that their corporation was in good standing that we might reconsider. He said he could provide me with 2 references and those ended up being the bogus ones. I then asked him again to provide corporate records of something substantial to prove to me they were legit and he did not provide anything. I then sent him an email asking that Classique Conceptions cease and desist all work on the site. A few hours later he sent me screen shots and then began threatening me with a lawsuit and saying he hopes I get a good night sleep. This was in response to me telling him I had not slept the night before because I was concerned I had been deceived by him. He also tried to threaten me by saying it is a felony to bounce a check over $500 and sent me links to legal site saying I would have to spend time in jail. He sent me the scanned copy of my drivers license that I had sent for the merchant acct. setup. I sent him an email recently saying that he had 7 days to contact me to negotiate a settlement and he refused. I offered him $200 or $300 to cover any minimal expenses and for the minimal design work he had done. He will not answer my phone calls or reply to my emails. I have not found any records anywhere that I have checked to prove this company Classique Conceptions Inc. is a corporation.

Your Desired Resolution:
I would like a refund of $1300 at least. I want it to be sent via Western Union or Money Gram. he can contact me to arrange the transfer. He already has my full name and mailing address so he can send it no problem. He just needs to send me the confirmation number via email. That will leave $199 to cover his expenses.
