Hi Friends,
This is for all my friends who are into BPO industries and looking for genuine campaigns, before going ahead let me introduce myself I Er. Ranjan Kumar Sahoo, Managing Director, Transcord Telscape Pvt. LTd., Bhubaneswar, Odisha have started my call center operation since 2006 and is doing good with the help of few direct clients and they have also authorised me to handle their process through out South East Asia. Initially I was help center to get them good genuine direct client campaigns free of charges but to be very honest to all my friends we Indians (Please do not take it otherwise) do not understand the value of anything comes free of cost and we do not work hard to get the good result, if something comes free of cost we just work lightly and when the client put pressure to get the good output we leave that job and look for another one, In that case the client loses campaigns and it is very hard to get a good client, so I started charging my consultancy fee from the center to give them direct client sign up and that to be very few center as I check myself physically and technically before giving them the process to protect the client's interest.
While I was trying to increase my client list so I came across the person called RICO JOBLING from R J Consultants last year and started communicating and was trying to get some good campaigns and he was also so nice talking to me and was supporting with the documents I require but has been avoiding to give me the reference center and other vital details which is very much require for a center before investing for a campaigns as he also have the consultancy fees starting from $ 1999 to $ 4999 and that also I agreed upon to give but when time passes I found that person's arrogance and he tried to out all his words to me and was forcing me to listen to him and get the center and get his fees first.

To check his genuineness I approached one center from Chennai and the center also agreed all the terms and conditions laid down by RICO JOBLING and I personally transferred the $ 4999 to the account provided by him, but after wire transfer the funds to his account and asked for the SLA and other materials, he never turned back and replied to any of my mails and started giving wrong information to the center and started putting tag against me in their website time to time to blame me that I have taken the money from the center and I never paid RICO and I have done all the fraud. Anyway as I am very transparent in my approach to all my center so the center understood the fault and supported me in this.
The same way to expose RICO I had done another blunder mistake to give him another center and transferred his fees ( All the banking details and all the mail exchange between me and RICO are with me and can be produce on demand), and the same way once again he played his regular trick.

Therefor my humble request to all my BPO friends please be aware of this person and please do not deal with this gentle man who is going to ruin us like anything after taking the money. Above all you can find his website www.rjcons.com with the project details through out the years which is not getting over at all and he has once again put a tag against me as he does changing the month and years.

At last the Person called RICO is from Kerala, India operating this scam using the technologies with few other cheaters.

At last my intention is not to spread wrong information about anyone, this is my personal experience and sharing with all my BPO friends.
