Ordered 4/14/13, called within 2 hours to try to cancel due to not being able to mix with other medicines. I was told could not be cancelled! Would have to wait for delivery, be charged $5.95/bottle (5 bottles not 1 I thought I was ordering)plus s/h $10 fee. Delivery not guaranteed until May 3rd. We returned by priority mail with signature receipt on May 15th. The signature receipt showed receipt on 5/17/13. When I called to follow up I was told they received on 31st day & do not give refunds after 30 days. They refused to let me speak with supervisor. They have all of their product and our $159.00!!! My bank said their was "insufficient written evidence to maintain the credit." issued by bank when I contacted for Merchant Dispute. Totally a scam. Can't cancel order within hrs of placing order??!! Plus you think you order 1 bottle and charged for 5??!! See the scam for just garcinia cambogia, different address but same stuff and more complaints for same reasons!! Infuriating.
