This Company has been charging my credit card for 5 months I first bought a sat prep CD and have been receiving different cds every month that I did not order and didn't even open them for my son Cody He is a NHSS and is ranked 10 in his class. I Tried calling the company and Ellie 1428 would not let me talk to her manager to see why they have been charging my credit card. They offer a 100% money back guarantee she told me they can't credit my account because it is not the first order processed under this account only the first order has a 30 day money back guarantee! I have never heard of such a stupid process. I told her I would call the BBB and tell them what a scam this company is profiting from. She told me she would not process my claim if I did this! I told her I wanted to talk to her manager and she said there was no manager around. Could you please help me with this company!I want to let everyone know about what happened to me so no one else falls for this scam thank you!
