I received a text from fit-tipz out of the blue one day and immediately stopped them b/c I didn't want them or sign up for them. Then t-mobile bills me 9.95 (i think this amount is correct). They gave me fit tipz phone number b/c if you try to google it, it's nowhere to be found. I have spoken to 2 or 3 different customer service reps at fit tipz and both assured me of a refund via check in the mail. I never received it, not the 1st time or the 2nd. It's actually been a long time since it happend, maybe 6 months or more, and I just remembered it the other day, which is why I'm filing a complaint. I'm bound and determined to bring this company down and get my refund.
