I was also fooled by "free sample" claim , and paid £3.99 P&P . I did not see the small print about cancelling order within 14 days , and then because they had my credit card details they took £89 from my account . I also then had approx £1000 worth of payments taken from this card fraudulently on line . To make matters worse , I had an severe allergic reaction to the product and any reputable company would have given me a refund . However initially they said they would not refund me ,but would cancel any future orders . When I repeated that I had had an allergic reaction to the product , they said they could give me a partial refund of £45 .
