I bought one game from Facebook by 5 dollar, huge mistake. After some time while in vacations they phoned me from the bank saying there is some strange activity in my Visa account, 10 charges of 10,50 dollars:

I said they weren't authorized and thought it would be enough and simultaneously closed this credit card. However I found out later that these charges very moved to my new Visa card. After that I started trying to get a refund. First they said they didn't find anything and after I send very detailed information they admitted the charges. They said they'd return the money but after not receiving anything they said that they can't refund to the card as I had closed it. Of course I closed it that they couldn't rob me any more. They said they can't do anything and I should contact my bank. Neither they can do anything. With mails back and forth finally they said that after 90 days they can't return anything. So I lost more than hundred dollars and can't do anything. A legal rob?
