I have a personal loan from Nedbank which was taken out a few years ago, everything ran smoothly until recently, about November 2012, my debit orders were going off on the 25th of every month which was great, because then I would have money in my account, then suddenly they decided to debit my account earlier and earlier every month, to be exact the Friday before the payday every month, this would result in us not having any money to see us through to the real payday on the 25th of the month and the one month it was debited as early as the 18th of the month, my husband went into the Riverside branch and insisted that they reverse the payment and re-debit on the 25th of the month which never happened and since then I have fallen behind one month, on numerous occassions I was phoned up to 3 times in a day and asked when my debit otder will be paid and everytime I begged them not to take it before the 25th of the month, but they have just continued doing as they please and keep debiting my account early as in June the Debit order went through on the 21st again the Friday BEFORE payday. I have ephoned on several occasions to speak to someone senior and everytime I get promised I will get a call from a manager and nothing happens, we even had an e-mail sent by Jackie from Nedbank Riverside to Cleo where they were asked to respond and still nothing has happened, as a resullt we have decided to change our bank account to another bank as from tomorrow Friday 28th June 2013, which includes an investment account of close on half a million rand. They have had their chance and now my hand is being forced, thank you Francina Pittaway, Nelspruit
