He said to send $700 damage deposit and $700 first months rent, then he would send lease papers by Fed Ex. A day later he said to send $1400 for good faith and he would return that right away. On June 26th he said the keys were in the US but he was behind on utilities and he needed $500 more and Fed Ex never showed up. Scam, Scam, Scam.
