Purchased a chandelier that was misrepresented. Merchant offered some additional merchandise as compensation. Told us it was shipped out, then continually delayed. After some additional attempts to contact was told that I should not worry and there was a mistake. Then again some time later just wouldn't answer calls or emails. Now when answered accidentally they hang up when they realize who is calling.

- I'm glad I found this site! Competitor? Really? Bait and Switch, maybe... Scam? probably... dishonest people? For sure. avoid avoid avoid - the non-responsive description of these guys is it for sure. Don't be fooled by the slick car sales guy selling the european warez from china.

- I have been doing business with Lauren Adams Decor for over 5 years in numerous locations and have been met with exceptionally good service and exactly the products that I expected. I hope to be doing business again with them in the future.
