In February 2012, we purchased products for several rooms in our house, Living, Dining, and Family Room. However, the products acquired for the “Family Room” were never received. Despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to resolve this matter.
As a result we ultimately cancelled the products for the “Family Room”, and recently received a refund of $2,265.92 related to products that were purchased, but not received.
After further review, we do not agree with your calculation and expect to receive the remaining amount that is due. Per our calculation (please see below for detail), an additional amount of $1,500.00 still needs to be refunded. This includes accrued interest of $1,124.43 that Bill Me Later is charging.
The information reconciles to the invoice that we received and is attached. Based on the product description, each item is broken out by room, and the final total for each room matches the hard copy invoice. The installation, shipping/handling, and sales tax is based on the allocated percent of each room relative to the total cost.
We would like to resolve this outstanding issue immediately since Bill Me Later is charging an interest rate of 19.99% on the outstanding amount that is due.
