I also recieved a letter stating it was an official notice of a cash award release by the Benefits Commitee of $4,278,000.00 and that I was to sign a certificate of compliance. I was to send this certificate, along with $20, in the envelope provided. The address on this envelope was: PO Box 23013, 6367 ZG VOERENDAAL, The Netherlands. The change in address, along with the large amount of money being offered, the lack of a phone number, and discrepancies in the fine print on the back led me to research this company and that is when I found this site.
