I went online to change my address on USPS but was directed to this site. They say it only costs $1 to submit change. I looked on my bank statement and was charged $19.95 twice for me and my husband. What a total scam. I haven't even received any of my old mail. I still have to go pick up my mail from my old address. Don't use this site.
