If you are researching him it's because he's filled your ear with all the possibilities of what your credit can look like in the next 90 days. Please read this and make your decisions. A great amount of business comes from word of mouth, and just like the other writers I was referred to Vernon Day (VND Credit Solution) by a great friend. After getting his contact information we sent many text messages for about a week or so discussing my credit and would he could do. Vernon assured me my broken lease would be off by May 15th, 2013 which was a big huge deal for me, my main reason for really reaching out to him (initial convo started I believe the 2nd week in jan 2013). I was really hesitant to go forward because I have never handed $650 to someone from word of mouth. The only reason I made the exchange was because Vernon assured me with a signed contract that if the lease was not off by the date above I would receive a full refund. May 15th approached (keep in mind my move date was soon) he told me he was unsure if it had been cleared and to give him until Monday. Days passed and nothing moved on my credit! At this point I signed up with a credit monitoring service to pull my credit myself and nothing had been deleted or was in "pending" status to be removed. I called Vernon several times which he answered until I requested for my money back. He agreed to give me my full refund but never answered the phone and when he did he said he was at the hospital, at his daughters graduation or in a meeting but when he wanted my money these things were never heard of. As of today July 28th Vernon has not called me to say one word! He rides around in a Honda civic with credit repair across his window as if he really is a business man but delivers nothing! Not one thing has moved on my credit and at this point I am taking necessary steps against him, which is the reason I have stopped calling him so please if you don't want to loose your money DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!
