I signed up at postaljobplacement.com a week before I moved. I was really stressed-out and worried about my employment options and got suckered. It wasn't til after I was settled in and talking to some friends, one of whom is a retired postal worker that I found out that USPS CAN"T CHARGE for postal application process. It's a federal job and that would BE ILLEGAL. So today I go back to the website to login and request my money back, but guess what? THERE"S NO LOGIN BUTTON!! Only the registration page to start over. On their contact info page there's no phone number or address, just a web form to fill out. Meantime, A little chat box opens up in the lower right so I try to ask how to log back in. Nothin happens and then I get bounced out. I try again and the same thing happens.
At least I got a transcript of the chat session. Here it is:

Chat started on 29 Jun 2013, 02:41 PM

(02:41:41) Blake Turner: I have already paid my $70 and taken a couple of test exams awhile back. How do I sign in? All I see is register again.
(02:42:49) Customer Service: We apologize for keeping you waiting. Our operators are busy at the moment, please leave us a message with your email address and we'll get back to you shortly.
(02:44:25) Blake Turner: I can't find a login button. I want to complete my testing process. How do I go about it? Please reply at [email protected]

I DIDN'T LEAVE! I WAS KICKED OUT!

Also, when I tried to google postal locations for this company they had server locations in Denver, and in San Antonio. Go figure. No actual address, just IP addresses for servers in those two places.

I have emailed a request for my money back, so we'll see if I get a response.

This is very frustrating. If you want a postal job, keep an eye on you state government or federal job web sites, and avoid these bloodsuckers.
