I heard on a radio station that you could get $2000 in grocery savings if you called a number. I couldn't resist, even though it sounded too good to be true. I was told it was $19.95 to send the vouchers and that anytime within 30 days if I changed my mind that I could call and they would refund me $20. The rep offered me other options and I said no and declined them all. I repeated the only thing I wanted to be charged for was the $19.95 and nothing more. I noticed a charge from Everyday Bargains that I did not authorize so I immediately called the original number back to inquire what was going on and another, very rude, man told me that if I repeated the last 4 digits of my card number to the original rep that I gave her permission to sign me up for it. The original rep told me that my phone call was breaking up so I did repeat myself but only because she said she couldn't hear me. What a rip off! I held for 45 min trying to speak to customer service and they agreed to refund the money from American value but not Everyday Bargains. They didn't refund $20 but I guess $19.95 is all I paid so I'm fine with that. Never sign up for this! Every customer service person or sales person, with the exception of the one actually selling me something was extremely rude. The second guy actually said "what part of this don't you understand" WOW! Horrible!
