I was planning to apply a Canada citizenship program, I left my mail to a link which is inviting the applicant to Canada by giving the impression like they are Canada Government. These guys called me couple of times and forced to stat a process for the application. The guy who were talking with me on the phone gave me an impression like he is Canada Government's Immigration Authority. On the phone he made me apply to a suitable program for my needs and said they will inform me which program would this be. I wanted to think some more before the payment but the guy (Manager) forced me to complete my application, if not the whole process will be expired and I will not have any other chance.I submitted and gave my credit card, after the transaction is made (1048 Euro) , a cheerfull clappings heard and I got suspicious. Couple of minutes the guy on the phone said to me that my application is %75 finished. After I shut down the phone they sent me an e mail and on that email I realised that I was not dealing with the Canadian Government, the guys that I dealed with was only a private Visa company who gave me the impression of being the Government's Immigration or Citizenship service. In half an hour I tried to reach the phone number that they gave to me but I couldn't , I sent couple of emails to cancel my service but no response, but today I could able to reach a manager , and she told me that they will not give my money back as a refund because I received %75 of their service, but I did not receive anything from them, and I declared in the same day of the application that I did not want any service from them. There is no application to any services of Canada's Government of Immigration or Citizenship program at the moment , these guys (Canadian Visa Expert) are making an application to their system ,web site and their indoor paperwork and getting your money, this is the only application and the only thing that they do.
One other bullshit is this, I have a University degree and the manager told me today that I have a student visa application in my package, I am 49 years old, have a Bachelors degree from Un of Illinois and appliying for a student visa, is that logical?
As a sum, I do not want to take any service from anykind of Private Visa company, I declared it to their CRM department many times on the phone and by e mail. I have rights and these guys gave me nothing , so they have to fully refund (1048 Euro) my money back and have to cancel my application.
Please help me to get my money back.
Thank you

  • Rush to your bank and they may still stop transferring into their bank account. Tell them I don't know who transferred it. I just checked my account statement. This will be strong case. Claim it as unauthorized transaction.
