I called the number and they stated that I have applied for an online cash advance (which was true). They stated that the fee of $30.00 was taken to get me pre-approve for a cash advance. I advised them that I did not accept the loan due to the high interest rate. I called on 9/7/2011 that stated that my account would be credit within $30.00. I called today concerning my refund and was told that I was not do for a refund.....I just hung up!
