I agreed to try Hero Boost on a trial basis at a cost of $4.95 to cover shipping which I paid in full on June 11th 2013. As a condition of the "trial offer" you are automatically enrolled in a monthly program to receive additional bottles of the supplement at a cost of $69.95 unless you call to cancel or opt out within the 14 day trial period. On June 23rd of 2013, 12 days later, I called and cancelled any further shipments as the product did nothing it was advertised to do for me. On June 26th 2013 Hero Boost billed me for $69.95 without my knowledge, consent or shipping me any of the product I was to receive for paying the $69.95 charge. When I called and confronted customer service with the charges they told me that they were charging me full price for the bottle I had already received and that the $4.95 I had already paid was only for the shipping charges. Told me that cancelling my enrollment in their auto ship program allows them to bill me for full price on my "trial offer" bottle of vitamins. No where that I can find on their website does it explain these mysterious terms or conditions. Only thing I can find is that you have to cancel within the 14 day period which I did. I have had to cancel my charge card and dispute the charges as being fraudulent as the Hero Boost company refused to refund my $69.95. I have NEVER EVER heard or anyone charging full price for a product that was sold at a discounted rate under the guise of being a "TRIAL OFFER"!! This company is a scam artist and a joke!! DO NOT TRY HERO BOOST AT ANT COST!!
