I signed up for the 14 day trial, got billed $99, then received another shipment which I did not request or authorize and got billed another $95.95. They put me in an auto-shipment program and didn't send any notification of the shipment or billing, it just showed up. When I called the customer server # (which puts you in the same call center for RVTL as well) I was told that they would only give me a partial refund. And when I said that I would refuse the shipment, they said it wouldn't do any good, they would just ship it back. I have also put in a complaint with the BBB.
