I purchased a bracelet for my girlfriend and in the process I signed up for there company credit card to get a discount. The discount was almost mute after the salesperson snuck a warranty on the bill which I did not ask for nor was it ever mentioned. I did let it go since the lady seemed nice and I figured it couldn't hurt. I paid for the half the bracelet then with the intent on paying the other half on the first bill. When that time came I called them and the customer service person transferred me to billing. They informed me that they do not accept payments over the phone if you are on time. Only if you are several months late and I had to either mail a physical check or walk back into the store to pay. Do to work/circumstances I could not make it to the store so I was given an "extension" on my due date. I mailed a check the next day for the full amount due. 3-4 weeks later I receive a call from them asking for my payment. I told them I already sent them the full amount and I checked my account online and saw that the money was already taken from my account. I told them that and they told me to fax (because they don't have email) them a copy of the check. I don't have a fax machine so I was told they would just get back to me. Today I received another call from them. Apparently they found my check but now they want $30 in late fees. Yes thats right! They applied late fees to my account after they lost my check! I tried to explain the situation but they don't listen. The people working on the phones are rude and incompetent and if you even try to argue with them they literally hang up on you immediately. I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional as this one. They can't accept payment over the phone or internet and they don't have email capability. Of course they would lose my check and not document things properly and then hit me with late fees. Get with the times Daniel's!! and stop ripping off your customers because of your inability to track payments!!
