I ordered what was presented as a SAMPLE tooth whitening stick. After separate and unexplained charges of $1.03 and $3.87 were made to my account, I received two paks of tooth whitening trays with gels - not what was advertised.
A few days later my account was charged $94.31. When I called on June 22, 2013 to inquire why, I was told this was for the first of a series of such products I would receive and would be charged costs and shipping for. I immediately cancelled any and all such items and said I would return the unopened, unwanted, not ordered items, which I did on June 24, 2013.
According to my USPS tracking form the return was received by the Smile Products company on June 27, 2013.
On July 2, 2013 my account was credited with only $60 from the company. Therefore I am claiming a balance OF $35.34 due to me, excepting an normal shipping cost to the sender of #3.87.
NO explanation of the withholding of $35.34 has been made by the company and they have the unopened, unused product, valid for resale, and $35.34 of my money for NO benefit to me. I am filing this complaint for return of these funds asap.
