This dispute is in regards to three PayPal Transaction IDs all for the same product or service: $100 + $290 $93 = $483. The product arrived later than promised and was NOT what I ordered. I promptly contacted the seller and was told by the seller to return the product for a full refund. The refund was supposed to be made on June 24, 2013. I have not received a refund and the promises\guarantees made by the seller are not being kept. I have email proof of the entire transaction proving that the seller promised a refund. I verified the return policy before even placing the order. The seller is refusing to issue a refund. The email address of the person that I have been working with is [email protected].
