About a month ago we ordered a diagnostic f3-g tool. we made a payment, but after they recieved money, they decided to increase tool's price.
we were not satisfied and asked them to send money back. they said that they can do it throught PayPal, buy after 2 weeks we still haven't have our money back.
Today, i called them to speak with CEO or Manager, their boss listened to me and said that they will decide this problem. after one hour, i've calles them one more time, but secretary of the boss or the boss itself hanged up the phone. i called them one more time, but they said that they don't speak English(but before they used to speak with me English), so they are cheating and trying not to send us our money back.
So, we hope that in the nearest time, you will help us return the money. it is very important.
