Hi,
I hope your able to help. I just got scammed on an online loan lender. They call themselves GE money bank and their number is 719 - 646- 1490. They told me if I put a deposit, I would be able to receive a loan. I gave the deposit and now there no where to be found and not answering their phone. They tried calling me back at another number 876-374-7312 and said they needed more money. I told them I wanted my money back and they said they can't do that. And then they hung up the phone. I don't know what to do? I gave them all I have. I need help. Please!

We saw your post and would like to respond. The call you received was not from GE Money Bank. GE Capital (formally GE Money) provides private label and bankcard credit programs.
We do not provide personal loans via the purchase or use of prepaid money cards, nor do we call or email potential customers to request personal information to establish prepaid cards or personal loans, nor do we charge application fees.
What you detail in your complaint appears to be an attempt to fraudulently obtain money. More information is available at www.ftc.gov.
