On this day I could not access my email account.I phoned a number that appeared under Microsoft Help,the person that came on the phone said his name was rahul. He started saying that I have lots of viruses and I need security I mentioned that I do have AVG security, but he told me that with the one I have my internet banking is not secure and anyone can get my bank details. So he offered to give me a more secure version of AVG.He also said he needs to clean my computer because it has alot of threats. When he finished I thought it was free But then he told me the charge is £149.99.When I questioned him he told me £100 was for cleaning the computer and£49.99 was for the AVG security. Then he said the billing comfirmation would not appear under microsoft but under sky logic. After two days my computer crashed.It would not start.I had never experienced any such problem with my computer before.I phoned The tec. Guys (computer engineeres and the person told me they received hundreds of calls like mine Skylogic is a big scam.He advised me to report the incident and advised me to have the credit card changed. I hope you can do something and stop these thiefs.
