I am very upset regarding global visas services.. I paid £500 straight away to get the process flowing.. Then a my 4 year niece took very ill and unfortunately passed away.. I could not leave the country due to this, of course I need to stay around family at this hard time.. I asked for a refund as I don't no when I will be able to travel again and I got told I can't receive one.. They have not done any work for me.. And I just feel totally deceived by this company.. Something has to be done!! Iv literally just threw away £500 that I can't afford!! Please help!!!!
