TV ad for device to attach GPS to car window. Advertised for $21.94.
Computer only (no human being) on tel. to actually order device. Appalling hard sales tchnique that left you not knowing what you were getting. (now I see why)
Mailed within 3 weeks (not the one week expected)
Billed 86.70 US on my credit card.
Sent 4 instead of one ordered.
Device does not work - suction cup does stick to window.
Called to complain. They were only willing to refund for 2 or 4.
