They have took payments out from my card, I phoned them up and they told me to give me my user name, I do not have a user name as I have not given them my details etc, I don't know who they are! And they told me to send an email to them so they can have further time to look into my details, she was unwilling to help, huffing and puffing and she put the phone down on me!
