October 5,2011, I was approached by Stream Online Services to sell me an Amazon Affiliate Website. They stated that someone from a Marketing Company will be contacting me to market the website.
October 7, 2011 Rachel Anderson Account Executive for Superior Marketing Group contacted me about advertising my website.
October 10, 2011 Mr. Miles Peterson an Executive for Superior Group contacted me about the advertising campaign for my website. He stated he would provide (200-30 second TV slots for 12 months) to be played on A&E, Lifetime,ESPN and History Channel, for a cost of $10,000.00. Mr. Peterson told me it would start airing for the holidays. He also stated that he gauranteed between $1,000.00-$1,500.00 per month commission.
January 3, 2012 I called the Superior Group to speak to Mr. Perterson or Rachel. I could not speak to either one. The operator transfer to Jim Ford (assistant to Mr. Peterson) and asked questions about the my Website and the marketing. I asked to speak to Mr. Perterson or Rachel, he told me that Perterson and Rachel was too busy getting in clients and he was going to be working with me on this campaign. He stated that the TV commercial did not get out for the holidays and would start airing at the end of January 2012. I asked him the air time and stations to be aired, but could not give the information. Then I realized that maybe I made a mistake to purchase this Marketing Group fot my Website.
Every month I would call to see if the TV commercials were running. I didn't see much activity on my website. Jim Ford was not available and was transfer to Jay Nettles (Campaign Manager). He stated that the TV commercials had started.
Checked my Website often and did not have much activity on it.
June 2012 I called Superior Marketing Group and spoke to Case Gilbert(Quality Manager)and he stated that he would do some corrections on the website to help out.That did not help.
I checked and could not get any confirmation on TV air time for the channel stated above.
January 10, 2013 I called and talked to Case Gilbert and requested a refund and he stated that he had to contact head of Management.
January 14 I spoke to Ron Quarrels (Quality Management Dept.) I told him since I started the this capaign with Superior Group (I had a total of 104 clicks on my Amazon site since
October 11, 2011 thru December 31, 2012and from January 1, 2013 thru June 30, 2013 only 7 clicks on my site. I told him I wanted my refund, but he suggested that he could start the campaign over at no charge and gauranteed better results. If I did not see better results, then contact him he would see about giving me my refund.
June 3, 2013 I called Superior Group, but Ron Quarrels was not available. I spoke to a Tom Dennis answering the phone and told me Ron was not in. He aked me if he could help. I explained my situation and wanted a refund. He told me that I was not getting a refund. I told I paid $10,000.00 for TV ads and duid not get them. He told me I should of done other campaigns beside with Superior to possibly get results. That statement told me that the Superior Marketing Group is gogus, scam,repoff, etc.
Now I'm going through the process of filling complaints.
It's terrible when you have people in this country of ours ripping Americans.
As a Vietnam Veteran as myself and other Veterans fighting for our country, to have Companies such as Superior Marketing Group take advantage of Americans. These person must not be from the United States.
