The company made a phone call to my house. They asked if Mr X was in as they need to speak to them. I followed up with "Sorry but who are you and what are you calling about?". He said he was calling from Loan Port in London. He then started to release personal information about a loan someone else had taken out under this address. I had not confirmed I was Mr X no had a confirmed he even lived here. Disappointing, rude, unethical and also quite scary. Who's to say i cant ring them up and get any personal information about Mr X.
