I have paid $1 about 5times or more while playing candy crush. They take the money out of my Visa but did not take me back to the game or give me extra help for the money I paid them' I want the money put back in my Visa. norma avila--(Personal Information Removed) I didn't give them

want facebook credits to contact me and tell me how to get back on candy crush after i paid the, at the fb site it shows a x at top right of the page. I punch it and it does not take me back to game and it cost me money because of this.

sorry for the mix up. It was $15 they took not $500. I made a mistake when I said $5. I just loooked on my Visa and I saw it was $15 not $5. I don't know how the $500 came from. apologies for my mixup.

today. 9/4/13. facebook credit took money from my Visa . I ws playiiiing candy crush saga game and asked for help to get more points. They took the money out of my Visa and did not give me help w/the game.,(Personal Information Removed)
