Sensa is running a scram, back in October 2012; I went to the Sensa web site, to view their weight loss products and video. Sensa talked a good game but fall short on their weight loss products and their money back guarantee. As I said I went to their web site and seen what they had to offer. I went to purchase their Sensa products on their web site, I click the order button and it took me to their third party vendor Derm Store and not to their sales department, I purchase a 6 months Sensa kit and their vitamin drink. Now this is the Game Sensa plays, their vendors do not honor their Sensa's guarantees. They have their own returns policy 30 days to 60 days, Now Sensa said sense you did not order through Sensa sales department and you ordered through their vendors, Sensa can not honor their vendor’s orders. How can Sensa web site send you to their vendor’s site, whose policies do not honor theirs guarantees on their products. Most of their vendors are 30 days to 60 days, but Sensa said in order to see what their product can do, it can take 3 months to see.
The bottom line is they have my money, their product fail and they don’t care, they have people calling them self’s supervisors for Sensa customer service, many are robots that reads from a corp. book, not listening and repeating the same question and talking over. Never letting you answers or not listening to your answers.

Now, the Derm store customer service person (Kristen) was great, she step out to see what could be done, but all her hard work was waiting on Sensa to call her to get my order ID.
