I filled out the online app to enquire about a loan they took £1 from my account to verify details. Ive not had any other contact with them nor had a loan. Ive got up checked my account this morning and they hav taken £68 from my account without any consent. Im very broken hearted about it as that was my food shopping money for my kids. Im now left with 3 kids and no money for food shopping. Im extremely disgusted that they can jus take money out of my account without mu consent.
