I searched "change of address" and clicked on this website. When I arrived at their home page I clicked the button to continue to change my address. It took me straight to USPS website. I have changed my address before and knew it cost one dollar. I had no reason to think I would be charged $19.95. After realizing I had been charged 19.95, I went back to changemyaddress.com, and sure enough there is a disclaimer in small print. Regardless of the disclaimer this is still a scam.
