This company is a really big scam!!!
I had a guy called David come out to give me a quotation and took a deposit of £100.
He advised me that delivery will be within 4 weeks because they have to manufacture everything in their warehouse. I was told 4 weeks but within 4 days I got a call from their customer services to book the delivery with me so I went ahead and booked my delivery thinking WOW these guys are really quick and good. I was told that they used their own fitters and delivery vehicles. My delivery arrived on 05/07/13 and it arrived it a disgusting old van which had no company name on it. When he opened the van there were goods rammed in the van and it looked rather untidy. My husband checked the delivery when he got back from work and OH MY GOD the unit doors were scratched, colours didnt match, there was about 3 different colours in that delivery, there was a lot of items damaged and missing. When I spoke to customer services to rectify this they told me that I am a liar and that they would not replace any of the damaged or missing stuff. I was absolutely mortified and cried my eyes out. These rotten bastards are huge scams. The fitters are sub-contractors who you have to pay when they arrive to do the fitting. I have lost my £1800 but I have cancelled the fitters because all these guys are part of each other, designer, delivery driver and fitter. Customer services are very rude and vile people who dont care, they put you on hold for 40 mins and dont even help you. I have spent £4,000 today and bought a new kitchen from a reputable company. I pray to God that Lancashire Interior Designs use my money to try and save lives of there loved ones, I couldnt curse there people any worse! PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
