I sent a letter to Juveneu informing my discomfort and asking to cancel the client account but the letter was back because the address is not valid. There is no email at their page, it mention it but there is no email address.
At this very moment I have had to cancel my credit card. I was looking for Juveneu in Google and I found out that some people is warning about an abuse. I just had a quick thought and immediately I have looked through to my credit card account. I found it, three charges in US$: 1,99 on 31 August, 84.71 on 15 September and 89.66 on 30 September. Of course I have not received a new serum.
My bank says that they can’t pay back from my credit card these charges so I have to fulfil a formal claim. They can’t assure whether I will recover that money.
I would like to help with my case to get back all that money they have robbed us.
