I live in Florida, never been to Washington. This particular Chase credit card happens to have been a number I have only had for about 3 months. I only use it locally for gas and groceries. Last week I used it with Power Swabs over the phone. This is a tooth whitening business. Now this...coincidence? Either way Chase sent new card, denied this and I asked to do a charge back so I can get to the bottom of who it is. We will see...
