Around the end of May I call Sumner insurance and talk with an agency
Frank Allen, about changeing my insurance company, he set me up with
an insurance company name Affirmative Insurance I made a down payment
of $ 314.00 the insurance would became effective on 5/1/13. Thinking
I had insurance I made another payment of $163.00 on 5/8/13. like my
agency had told me, thinking I was good to go I made another payment
on 5/13/13 for $151.00. Then about a week later Frank call and said
the my insurance had been cancel for non-payment, that send the wrong
number to my account, I ask Frank what was going to happen to the two
payment I had sent in, he told me I would be gitting that back in 2 or
3 weeks that was about the first week of june, by the 25 of june i still had not gotten the money back. So I call sumner and ask about
the money and was told by Frank that he would look into in, Will by
the end of June i still had not gotten the money, so I call Affirmative and was told the money had been sent out on the 17 of June
to me around the first of July I still had not gotten the money I call
Affirmative and this time was told the money back to Sumner on the 17
and that the check had been cash. I,ve call for two day to talk with
the underwrite and she aways out. I think Iam gitten the run around
and I would like my money back. I.am told the it only $ 260.00
