This is in reference to order # 002-7496198-6699420.

On June 13 I ordered the book _Instructional-design Theories and Models: A New Paradigm of Instructional Theory, Volume II (Instructional Design Theories & Models)_ from abibookscout through Amazon. The book cost 23.98.

I never received this book, but I did receive two other books that I had not ordered: Major Problems in Asian History and Introduction to Logic. On June 18 I wrote to complain. I received the following response on July 2:

> i switched your order with another customer's. im so sorry! ive sent out today a new shipping label. please just tape back up the package and tape the new label on top of the old one. you can leave it out for your mail carrier to pick up. im having my other customer do the same thing (this will be faster than you each sending back to me and then me resending to you). hopefully you will each have your correct orders within the week.

I have several problems with this response. First, it's now July 8 and I still haven't received a label. Second, I do not think that I and the other customer should be responsible for mailing the packages to each other, as my purchase relationship is with Abigail. Third, the message is unprofessionally written (e.g., no capitalization) and therefore it indicates problems with attention to detail.

I have used Amazon for many years, including resellers and have never had a problem. I am amazed by the quality of both your business and your network of resellers.

I do not believe that abibookscout represents your business well. I would to be issued a refund on the $23.98 that was charged to my credit card, and I urge you to consider dropping this reseller from your network.
