Well, to start with My father who has a fixed income,who can,not hear, seen the T.V. ad such liars, had me call, to place an order , as I was going through the ordering process, which I don't think they know what only 1 means,they charge you for things that you don't order, that you said NO to a 100 times, 29.95 + 1.99 dose not = 83.65?????, i called , to find out why that the cost was so high,they could not give me a answer, all i wanted was to fix,a misunderstanding, they offered to return 7.95 far cry from what they took out of my Fathers acct. yes He is very upset , with them doing that , makes it hard to by groceries to last the month, when he has a fixed income, and when you call they are not willing to do the right thing,
