Contracted to install concrete front porch with vinyl railings.
Porch installed. Never returned to install railings. Told us a couple
times that he would definitely be here on a certain day they never
showed up. I am unable to reach him by phone. "The mail box is
full". I have tried multiple times on multiple days and cannot reach
him. He has been paid all but $739.50 of the contracted price.
