this person makes purchases and pays paypal. You can send him a package with signature confirmation but looks like he works with a postal officer together and never updates delivery status ( the tracking just shows OUT FOR DELIVERY) but not delivered. He has the item for sure because he sent me couple text messages and and called with a question about the item ( the item was diamond earings) and he said that the cut is a bit different but he anyway wants to keep it. also he confirmed receipt by phone. after month he files a case on paypal that he never got it and gets money back right away (paypal made fund reversal in 2 minutes).
i have no money and no item. Mohammad Z Rahman has everything. i think he broke a law and needs to be in scammers list, or even better in jail!
