He told me he is Dr. Jeremy Hall, and that they moved to VA and wanted someone trustworthy to stay in their home. That he didn't care about money and he felt that I would make a great tenant. When he told me that he had the keys and the paperwork with him in VA I immediately backed out. Definitely too good to be true.
