I was charged for 2 jars of appelseed cream without my knowledge after I filled out a trial offer. I've tried to contact the phone number on my account stmt and have been on hold w/music playing for over 20 minutes each time and no picked up. Now I have to close my account and order a new credit card due to the excessive fraud charges this company is charging to my account. I will be filing a police report at the end of the week and am file a fraud claim through my bank as well
