I ordered a peace lily plant with flowers added to be delivered to the funeral service on Saturday the 11th of March. I drove into Arlington Hts,on the 7th to order this early to give them plenty of time to be sure the check cleared before delivery. On the day of the service, not only was the plant not delivered at the time promised, it arrived at the end of the visitation and service, then the delivery guy left it by the front door, not in the family visitation room. The flowers were falling over, and not even the ones I picked out. I carried the plant over to where it should have been delivered, at that time, I realized they also forgot to put my personalized card with it. The delivery guy came back 15 minutes later with the card saying he had not noticed it fell off the plant. I have never been so embarrased in my life...this was my Mom's best friend who died....I promised her I would handle the flowers, instead, when I called that day, and the next day to request my refund, I spoke to the manager both times, she PROMISED me a full refund within the week. When it did not arrive in 10 days, I called her again, she told me she had already mailed my refund. I'm still waiting 4 months later. The manager is a liar and I would not buy anything from this florist..."unorganized" is an understatement!
