Began getting false billing/collections emails from someone claiming to be UPS in the spring of 2012. The emails came about once a month.

In May 2013, we received a billing/collections letter claiming to be from UPS. I called UPS and they had no knowledge of the letter and our account balance was 0 (we pay as we go, so there would never be a balance). I scanned the letter and sent it to the UPS fraud dept and made a complaint to the USPS inspector.

July 9, 2013 we received a collections call regarding "our UPS debt". I called UPS again, and again they have no knowledge if this.

Caller ID said Synter Resource Group and the number came up as 843-746-2171.

These people are scammers. They claim to be UPS when they aren't. They are collecting on a "debt" that doesn't exist. And now they are committing a form of identity theft.

I will keep making complaints to the appropriate agencies, and they can keep harassing me with their scam. They will get $0 from me.
