Hi,
I am an employee in OmniTech Support. My complaint is about the salary they are providing to the employees. They are just concentrating to get money from the customers and not interested in fixing the issues of the customer's computer. They only plug money. They are forcing the employees to scam the customer that they are having polymorphic infections and it will damage the computer. As an employees we are treating them as slaves and they are not providing the correct salary. This was happened to all emplyees. We are INDIANS who are working for America. But we are not paid the best salary. Kindly consider this complaint and get back to me with the best solution.

  • This supposed employee is off-base on all his comments. This might be an ex-employee, or it could be an entirely bogus claim. Our agent salaries are very competitive and we offer substantial incentives, based not on the number of chats competed, but rather the actual customers’ survey ratings about their agent’s performance. If this person was netting a supposedly low compensation per month, he must not have been a very good agent.

    We, at OmniTech Support have thousands of customers who are in long time relationship with us and they are happy with our reliable support. We have earned and maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, which tells about our success story and trustworthy service at any point of time. We are a large online support organization and we are managing our business from all over the world and we are headquartered in Los Angeles. We have offices and technicians in The Philippines, India AND the USA. We are a global company. If this was a real employee, he would know that. OmniTech is an incredibly friendly and positive place to work, which also means “high commitment and motivation from the team”. Also, great support is provided, training offered, job security and opportunity to have career progress for our employees. We haven’t heard much from our employees who find this place, difficult to work in. Our HR department and employee management team are always available to hear any employee’s concerns and they take immediate corrective action if the concern is valid.
