This is how the email reads that I received from company showing they took out $30 from my account. I went to online site and confirmed the money was removed from my account. I called them immediately @ 866-235-7681 and asked why did they remove money from my account w/o my permission. I was told I applied for a loan online. And I informed the representative that I filled out information online and my information was sent to multiple lenders, non of which I have accepted any funds from so I don't understand why I'm being charged a fee when I haven't even spoke to anyone and given approval or agreed to accept a loan at all. The representative went on to say I applied for a loan and she completely ignored my concerns. I then told her I don't even know who you are or who you work for so how could I have given you approval to remove money from my account. This is a scam and I want my money back in my account as I will call the bank and report this a fraudulant activity. The representative then said she would process a refund and give me a refund code which she did. She then said it will take 3-7 days to refund and I will receive a email from them. Well, I got an email but it never stated a refund was processed as I requested. The email thanks me for my $30 payment and gives me a reference code for the transaction I never approved.

In the future I will take the time to look much closer at the small print on these websites as I will no longer use the assistance of a site that sends my information to multiple lender only to saturate my email with payday loan offers and flood my phone with repeat callers telling me to finalize a loan and text messages. All premature and all over-the-top.com!

Beware of these websites as you will be taken for a loop. I have continued to delete the multiple payday loan emails from my mail box and I have taken the time to unsubscribe from them all. It is very time consuming but it seems to be the only way to stop the emails, text and phone calls!!
